Need of kitchen Hood
Earlier we mostly lives in village atmosphere. Our homes were surrounded by Trees, garden,etc. There was more space between Homes. Air circulate around and inside the home.
Even we burn wood to cook which produce lot of smoke, it didn't suffocate more due to ventilation. Smoke spreads in the air.
Nowadays our urban life brings our houses very close and tight. Houses are surrounded by adjacent buildings. There is no room for air circulation inside the building. We always use fan and air conditioners to escape from heat. Kitchen is the main source of heat inside the house. Now we develop advance cooking technology like Gas, Induction, Electric appliances which don't create smoke. But the steam and smoke from the vessels suffocate us more. This cause because of non ventilation in the kitchen.
